In collaboration with Agilis Urban Trainer, Extreme Zone Boxing Club propose a new concept...a program call “Making the Weight” to help you reach your ideal weight as if you were
preparing for a fight, but the underlying intent is to create an environment where good lifestyle choices are made.
Combined with food guidelines, a
minimum of three exercise sessions per week, a positive attitude
and a dedicated coach will guaranty your success. Our program
will positively impact your health and overall sense of wellbeing. The fitness components of this program includes: muscular strength, muscular endurance, coordination, power, speed, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.
“Making the Weight” program includes:
- A structure and follow-up so you stick with the program
- A pre-evaluation session
- Body Mass Index measurement and follow up
- A dedicated coach
- Personalised targets and objectives
- Food guidelines
- Minimum of three (3) exercise sessions per week:
- power-walk, running
- boxing, thai boxing
- outdoor gym, aerobic, endurance, strenght, coordination, stretching
- plyometric and isometric exercises
- relaxation
