My Personal Training Philosophy and Mission
I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. In my years as a coach and personal trainer, I’ve seen clients from ages 13 to 85 accomplish things they never thought possible.. We don’t all have the genetics to be a supermodel or bodybuilder, but everyone can improve on what they have, feel more alive and have fun!

My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to empower them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement so they stay motivated and on track.

I see each relationship as a collaboration, working together to make things happen. What I look for in a client is commitment. Are you ready to make some changes in your life? As your personal trainer, I will provide the necessary tools to accomplish the end result, through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts. I believe in variety, constantly changing and evolving exercise routines to ensure continual progress and alleviate boredom.

I tailor every program to reach your goal. By varying the intensity of your workouts to cater your own level, I provide the ultimate training session. I adapt to your schedule and your budget. From 1 training per month to 5 sessions per week.


Location: In-home training / work
Single session $90.00
Package of 16 private sessions and more = $70.00 per session
Package of 16 semi-private sessions and more = $50.00 per session/person
Prices are based on a one (1) hour session.


1. What Takes Place In My First Training Session?
Your first training session will consist of fitness testing followed by a brief workout. To start, I have each client fill out a health history questionnaire/activity history, so that I am aware of any limiting conditions and can create a safe and effective routine. In some cases a doctor’s release is required to start an exercise program.

Fitness testing provides a starting point for your program, as well as a way to measure progress toward your goals. Following the workout, I give each client a meal diary to fill out for 3-4 days. This will help in ensuring that your nutritional intake will support your efforts in the gym or your home.
